From 7 to 13 February 2008 delegation of CEF Severnaya Palmira is taking place in VI Beijing Chaoyang International Spring Carnival. The Carnival will be holding in the one of the most beautiful parks of Beijing. It symbolizes the beginning of the New Year and spring according to Chinese moon calendar. The Carnival is aimed at widening cultural relations, spreading harmony and tolerance, respecting and friendship between nations. During a week more than 500 000 people from more than 40 countries will take place in the Carnival.
