On the 3d of November 2006 in Venice in the building of the authorities of city, located in the palace Ka Fasetti, next working meeting was held between Russian delegation (including the president of Fund "Severnaya Palmira" Irina Usenko) and Italian partners with participation of vice-mayor of Venice Michele Vianello and the adviser on culture Luana Zanella.

During the meeting the official agreement has been signed and the program of the future Carnival has been officially approved. Russian side will organize following actions: the most important event - Ball of Peter the Great - will be held on the 11th of February in Ka Vendramin Kalergi. Carnival parade is the second event, which will be at the San Marko square.
