Within the framework of this direction the Fund provides financial assistance on the basis of the address charitable subscriptions, arranged in the course of the events of the Fund; consulting support.

3. Improvement of life quality of the children from the boarding schools and Charity houses.

4. Help for gifted children from poor families.

Within the framework of this direction the Fund provides financial assistance to the gifted children from poor families in relation to their professional education on the basis of non-address contributions and income of the Fund. The help is provided upon the results of special competition with participation of expert-teachers.
